Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused & unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will not be able to accept returns if the product seals have been broken.

You will receive a refund for the cost of the product. However please note that the cost of shipping will not be refunded as we would have already paid this to the courier to get the products to you in the first place. You will also be responsible for the cost of return shipping. The cost of return shipping is $7. This will be deducted from the refund given to you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

MoodCosmetics provides shipping insurance in the event of damage or loss of your package while in transit. If you do not select the shipping Insurance option, MoodCosmetics is NOT liable for lost or damaged goods.

MoodCosmetics guarantees shipment of your goods to the address that was provided to us at checkout. If the receiver fails to provide the correct address, MoodCosmetics is not required to refund the lost good. Please ensure you enter the correct address at checkout.

Stolen Items

(delivered but not received)

If delivery has been confirmed for your package via the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the acceptance of your order at that point, as we have fulfilled our due diligence. However, we will still do everything in our power to make sure you get your product!

Please note, tracking notifications are not 100% accurate in their timing….. So you may want to give it a few extra days or so to show up. If it still doesn't arrive, please check any other places that accept delivery in your neighborhood, or with neighbors.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
